Learn how to trim nails, why nail trimming is important and most importantly how to desensitise your dog to having their nails trimmed if they have trouble with this.
In this section are a series of videos of us desensitising Mintie a 3 year old Maremma to having her nails done. We videoed every session with did with her to show you how we helped her become more comfortable with this process and ensure she could have her nails done.
She was very nervous about having her nails touched or feet touched and would run away and avoid if she could.
